okay. let's see. in the last 5 1/2 months since i've been back, i have:
1. refamiliarized myself with the houston restaurant scene.
2. and therefore have gained 10 pounds. bummer.
3. started going to the gym again.
4. lost 4 pounds. yay!
5. studied and passed my real estate exam.
6. decided it's not what i want to do.
7. now studying for my state teaching exam.
8. refamiliarized myself with driving on the freeway.
9. only get honked at or flicked off once a week now for driving like miss daisy.
10. still can't merge though.
11. bought a house, two cars and furnished our house.
12. still haven't bought our pro wedding pics. (oops.)
13. thankful and grateful for everything, regardless of how hard some things were/are.
14. i really do love being back in texas for so many reasons, including but not limited to:
15. family. (i know my sissy loves the fact that i'm soo tight w/a & d now. love them like my sisters!)
16. friends. (my girlfriends are as cool as ice. best freaking group of girls i know.)
17. weather: summer was toasty. and it sure felt great to cool it off in the pool.
18. yet nyc still runs through my veins.
19. found an awesome hair lady.
20. and a new mani/pedi place. finally.
21. let go of my 917 number & back to 832.
22. had date night w/J recreating our first date.
23. except what happened afterwards was more like how we acted on our 3rd date. wink-wink.
24. joined twitter...love twitter...slowly phasing out facebook.
25. found peace.
